The In-House Agency Council (IHAC) is committed to protecting the privacy of our members' personal information. This Policy explains how we gather and use the information that we collect from IHAC's website, located at www.ihac.com.au. This policy is subject to change over time. When members or site visitors make an enquiry on www.ihac.com.au, the site collects several types of information including name, title, company name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. The manner in which this information is used is summarised below:

Access Privileges

Information collected may be used to verify that users have the rights to access IHAC's members-only content and that individuals qualify for various member discounts and/or promotions.

Communications

The IHAC website offers educational programs and events that may be of use to individual in-house agency managers and their employees to develop new skills. Information from registration may be used to determine whom to contact, typically via email, with an invitation to participate.

Site Monitoring and Maintenance

Information from member registration may be used to measure the traffic of various sections of the site. This information is used on an aggregate level only; the site does not record the specific content viewed by an individual user.

Membership Agreement

Once an application for membership has been submitted and the individual requesting membership has received access to IHAC's proprietary material, that person or person's company is responsible for all fees associated with membership. Membership with IHAC is a 12-month term, which does not auto-renew. Credit card information is not stored by IHAC. Annual membership cannot be cancelled once member credentials have been issued by IHAC.

Use of Cookies

When you view our site, we might store some information on your computer. This information will be in the form of a "cookie" or similar file. Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your hard drive, not on our site. We do not specifically collect online contact information from children nor do we target or sell products for purchase by children.

IHAC allows users the ability to correct or update online information previously provided. Unfortunately, to the extent that such information is also stored in other databases, we cannot always ensure that corrections or deletions will reach those additional databases.
