One of the many perks of being an IHAC member is the events! We host dozens of events every year, giving our members the opportunity to hear from in-house leaders, creative experts, operations wizards, AI pioneers, and more, shoulder-to-shoulder with your colleagues and peers.

IHAC Awards

The IHAC Awards are a chance to celebrate the exceptional creativity and innovation of in-house and hybrid agencies across Australia and New Zealand. These awards recognise the teams that inspire the industry and deliver outstanding work.

IHAC We Hack

Brands are given the unique opportunity to work with their industry peers on a project very different to their usual scope. Sometimes for charitable causes or sometimes for a member brief looking for a unique solve!

Brands are mixed into different teams and have only a few hours to brainstorm, refine and pitch their idea to judges.

Annual Summit

The IHAC Summit brings together leaders from in-house and hybrid agency teams for a full day of learning, discussion and connection. From strategic insights to creative operations, media, production and AI, every session is designed to help in-house teams evolve and thrive.

We facilitate the sharing of best practice, learnings and ways of working for the purposes of comparing with peers and identifying opportunities for efficiency, performance improvement and growth. 

Member Meetings

Masterclasses

Members come together to hear from global industry experts on the topics most important to them. Members learn new skills and inspire each other with a view to raising the ambition and quality of the work overall.
Once a quarter we run virtual discussion group sessions focused on a different topic across 4 streams. These sessions are a lively exchange of ideas among peers, all guided by experts from leading in-house agencies.
