We run an annual survey of in-house agencies for the purposes of comparing with peers, identifying opportunities for efficiency, performance improvement and key issues.

Insights exclusively available to members.

Sharing knowledge

We create content produced in partnership with our members, sharing best practices, models and ways of working.

We have established forums where members and teams can chat, share notes, ask questions and help each other.

Sharing people

IHAC facilitates a secondment program between members.

High-performing or high-potential personnel are given the opportunity to gain exposure to other businesses and categories in a structured secondment arrangement between member organisations.

Events

We host events for members to come together, build networks, share and learn from each other.

Each year the IHAC board determines the capability agenda for the year.

We build content and learning opportunities for member teams.

We work with industry experts and IHAC members to create and teach the content.

Commerciality

We champion commerciality by leveraging the benefit of in-house proximity to commercial decision making.

We teach our people to be more commercially minded marketers.

We bring client and agency leaders in to teach the principles of commercial decision making, strategic prioritisation, brand growth models and marketing ROI.

Creativity

IHAC brings together creatives from in-house agencies to share, learn and inspire each other. Together we raise the ambition and quality of the work overall.

We run a creative council where members can bring creative challenges and ideas and workshop them with creatives from outside their business.

We bring in top external creative talent to inspire and teach.

We seek to promote the model and the industry at large for the benefit of our members and their employees.
