The IHAC Evolution Summit is back and better than before! This year, we’re heading to Sydney and we can’t wait.
The in-house agency landscape is changing fast so on 16 September 2025, the IHAC Evolution Summit will bring together Australia’s most forward-thinking in-house and hybrid agency teams at The Grounds of Alexandria for a full day of learning, inspiration and connection.
This year’s theme, Evolution, is all about what’s next. From restructured teams and new technologies to creative leadership and the integration of AI, the Summit focuses on how in-house agencies are adapting and growing. Expect sharp insights, honest stories and practical takeaways from people driving real change inside their organisations.
Among the confirmed speakers is Ange Greenwood from Youi, representing the reigning In-House Agency of the Year and recently named one of Australia’s top 10 CMOs. Mike Worden, Partner and Chief Media Officer at -lution, will lead a session focused on the shifting media landscape. And fresh from a Grand Prix win at Cannes, Telstra’s Head of Creative Excellence Anna Jackson will join Uber’s Global Creative Director for APAC, Adam Ledbury, to lead the highly anticipated Creative Excellence session - delivering world-class insights directly from the global stage. Additional speakers and the full keynote reveal will be announced in the coming weeks.
